Jody

Walking the streets of an illuminated playground
He never had anything he could not beat,
However on this foggy summer night
He meet officer Wright.

Using a fictional game of truth,
The officer won the mind of young Jody.
Dropping the big hand of law,
Jody was trapped by the Judicial System.

Much to our surprise officer Wright was just a pawn.
Moving up the many steps of parliament,
Here we stand beside the puppeteer of our times.

He has no name, no face and no soul,
But a voice heard by all four corners of earth.
His hand pressed on our lives.
Everyday we feel his effects.

This means not being bliss of any kind.
Life is to be lived in no particular way,
However this way must be a personal freedom,
Which will strike no one.

This would of saved blind Jody.
He is a sheep of society,
Part of the heard.

This stuck in the figure eight.
We must grow out and explore life,
Living is but a small part in the experience.

Now that’s where we stand,
No pass , no future just a present.
